This group includes any state licensed Real Estate Agent, Broker, or Associate Broker.
Real Estate Appraisers
Includes licensed or certified, residential appraisers. Appraiser Trainees can qualify for the Loanamo™ True Talent™ Award.

The Loanamo™ Certified True Professional™ credential is for the true heroes of the American dream - seasoned mortgage, real estate, and valuation professionals like you, who have made a career out of helping countless Americans achieve the dream of home ownership.
The credentialing program was created to meet the needs of consumers and has evolved with help from industry sector experts into one that offers value propositions for professionals and business leaders as well.
Loanamo™ True Talent™ Award
This award is granted to professionals who produced truly exceptional work that demonstrated a high level of preparation and dedication to a task or to their profession.
Advisory Boards
Professionals who are interested in giving back to the community may serve on one of two special-purpose membership boards. Both of these membership groups have extensive prerequisites and members are selected as needed.
Loanamo™ Candidate Selection Board
The Candidate Selection Board convenes quarterly to select Loanamo™ True Talent Award™ recipients.
Candidate Selection Board members are disqualified from receiving any other credential from Loanamo™ for the year in which they participated on the board.
Loanamo™ Certified Expert Advisor™
Our certified experts provide advisory assistance to Loanamo leadership and may optionally serve on the Candidate Selection Board, which convenes quarterly to select Loanamo™ True Talent Award™ recipients.
Certified Expert Advisors are disqualified from receiving any other redential from Loanamo™ for the year in which they participated on the board.
